It is the same beer I talk about in this article: https://beaconhillsbrewhouse.wordpress.com/2011/09/19/making-use-of-…-lager-refined/ I decided also to dry hop it with about a 1/2 oz of German tradition whole hops. By the way the weird siphon setup you see is my normal,closed siphon system. It normally does not come in contact with air until it’s in the drinking glass!
